Iran Dried Fruit company provides below documents for each export case:

Category One: Documents for presenting to Customs:

  1. Commercial Invoice: This document (CI) is a customs document. we use it as a customs declaration that we are exporting an item across international borders. There is no standard format for CI. However, it should contain a few specific pieces of information. For example, the sender and the receiver, description of the goods and also the trade term and payment terms.
  2. Packing List: This document has information about how we have packed your order. It includes net weight, gross weight, and information about what each carton or bag contains.

Category Two: Documents indicating the Quality of Cargo:

  1. Phytosanitary Certificate: This certificate is used to attest that consignments meet phytosanitary (regarding plants) import requirements. A public officer who is technically qualified issues the certificate for export. We provide the Phytosanitary Certificate which the “Islamic Republic of Iran Ministry of Jihad-E-Agriculture Plant Protection Organization” issues. Phytosanitary certificates are issued to indicate that consignments of articles meet specified phytosanitary import requirements. Therefore, they are in conformity with the certifying statement of the appropriate model certificate. The related organization only issues Phytosanitary certificates for this purpose.
  2. Certificate of Origin: This certificate (AKA C/O or CO) is a document that international trades widely use in their trades and transactions. This certificate attests that the product which the exporter listed met certain criteria. So, the destination custom can consider the product as originating in a particular country. The exporter or the Manufacturer generally prepares the certificate of origin. Importers often submit the certificate to a customs authority of the importing country to justify the product’s eligibility for entry. Its entitlement to preferential treatment. We Provide the Certificate of Origin, which “Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries Mines, and Agriculture” issues. Also, the chamber of commerce attests to the certificate. For your information, this certificate has a Hologram on it and it is not valid without a hologram.
  3. Analysis Report or COA: The report laboratory issues to indicate the result of their tests on the samples from the order.
  4. An inspection Report by reliable international inspection companies: This is a report which an inspection company such as SGS issues after inspecting the cargo. the Inspection can vary from visual inspection to complete chemical inspection. SGS is active in several sectors such as agriculture & foods which is our field of work.

Category Three: Documents of Shipping:

  1. Air waybill: These documents are the receipt that airlines and shipping line issue as evidence and contract of carriage. Air waybill or AWB is what we call the receipt from airlines. Usually, Air waybills have 11 digits that the recipient or the shipper can use for several purposes. For example, to make bookings, check the status of the delivery and the current position of shipment.
  2. Bill of Lading: These documents are the receipt that airlines and shipping line issue as evidence and contract of carriage. Bill of Lading or BL is what we call the receipt from shipping lines.
  3. CMR: which stands for “Convention Relative au Contrat de Transport International de Marchandises par la Route”. In other words, an international agreement that contains the rights and obligations of parties involved in road transport such as shipper, carrier, and address of the recipient. CMR is somehow the road version of the Bill of Lading.
